Cold Front Brings Taste Of Fall For Millions
A cold front is draped across the eastern and southeastern U.S., bringing cooler temps and a taste of fall for millions this week. High temperatures will be 5 to 15 degrees below average for many Midwest and Plains states such as Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri and Indiana. Further into the week, these cool temperatures will reach parts of the southeast as well. The front is also bringing drier air which is a nice relief for many compared to the hot, humid summer temperatures often seen in August. Watch for the latest forecast.
